I write suspense driven by middle-aged female protagonists who survive the tests of time and the ebb and flow of relationships. Their irreverent humor, respect for others, and realistic perspectives aren’t stereotypic. They don’t expect to win the lottery. Prince Charming won’t rescue them. They’re not beautiful, or Wonder Woman. None of the men in my stories knows how to lasso, or would be caught dead without a shirt.

My characters are authentic and quirky and flawed. They are true to themselves—just like the people I love and respect—as they reach out and sometimes stumble, take risks and sometimes fail. They question norms and do the right thing.

These traits invariably attract trouble . . . and the other unique souls that populate my multi-generational stories.

Thanks for stopping by.
